For NON Bridal bookings:
At the time of booking a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of 20% and a signed contract is required to secure your date.

For Bridal Bookings:
At the time of booking a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of 20% and a signed contract is required to secure your date. The deposit includes your retainer. Your remaining balance is due 1 day prior to your wedding date. If you are booking within 30 days, the full balance will be owed at the time of booking. Any additional guests added after the final bill is paid, must pay for their service in full before the date. Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, Cash and all Major credit cards.

Makeup Preparation

SKIN PREP
Prior to your appointment, exfoliating your skin will create the perfect canvas for your makeup application. Please choose a gentle alternative if you are not consulting with an Esthetician or Dermatologist.

BROWS & FACIAL GROOMING
For optimal results, ensure your brows are groomed and shaped 1 week before your appointment. Consider getting any facial hair waxed by a licensed Esthetician, and you may also explore dermaplaning for a smooth and flawless look. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty to its fullest potential!

DURING YOUR MAKEUP APPLICATION
Please have a clean face with no makeup or residue. That includes lash glue. Do NOT use oil, oil based products or prep your skin prior to my arrival. This is for ingredients purposes that may affect your makeup application. If you MUST use something, please wait til I arrive to show me or communicate to me prior to your appointment.

HAIR PREPARATION

Hair MUST BE washed and blown out same day prior to my arrival. Hair must be completely dry and product free. Please do not arrive with damp hair or an additional $50 fee will be added prior to starting service. Please be advised that in the event hair is longer than the initial quote price the client will be responsible for additional fees which will be due prior to services starting. If you want volume in your hair, it must be washed with Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. NOT MOISTURIZING CONDITIONERS or leave-in products! Super Curly hair requesting a sleek style, please arrive with hair blowout/smooth.

I've had the privilege of providing my signature makeup services in breathtaking destinations that include Thailand, Tulum, Cancun, Arizona, Las Vegas, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Inquire for customized travel rates and availability.

Cancellation Policy

NON Bridal Bookings
Cancellations must be made within a minimum of 7 days before your booking. If not, 100% of the remaining balance will be due by the original event date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel, your contract is void. To resume services, a new contract and deposit is due and the current rate will be required.

All clients receiving services must arrive on time and be ready at their scheduled slot. Late arrivals may result in shortened services. Arrivals 15+ minutes late requesting a full service will incur a $50 late fee, due before services begin.

If your event is postponed due to a state shutdown or Act of God, pricing may increase, and a new deposit will be required, as the original retainer won’t transfer.

For illness-related cancellations, notify us at least 7-14 days before the event to avoid additional charges. Late notice will forfeit all payments and require 50% of the remaining balance. Postponements due to illness or other unforeseen events won’t incur fees if rescheduled within 30 days. After that, a $100 fee applies. Contracts are honored for 365 days from the original date; after that, a new contract with current pricing will be required.
